Everything is harmful when it's put within
But at least you can be comfortable

Coffee tea and nicotine
Have had their share of bile
The experts offer other things
That are nothing short of vile
Is there such an X-File
Of which we've not been told
Our parents were untouched by much
That stopped them growing old

Something's gonna get you
It'll get you in the end
It may be quick it may be slow
You'll never know just when
Grow and stretch up all you can
But a constant pull exists
To cut you down stab you in the back
Have you slashing at your wrists

It might be in the water it could be in the air
You can't smell see or touch it
But it must be everywhere
It's right there behind you
For God's sake turnaround
You’d better move on fast my friend
Before the scythe comes down

A little exercise is not enough
Too much will break you down
Keep your newborn baby clean
Don't let it touch the ground
Your water comes in bottles
Flies avoid your food
It makes you think that after all
